How it works

The conversion parses CSV fields correctly, including line breaks inside quoted cells, and packages them as Excel Open XML worksheet cells. Every value is written as text to avoid unexpected data conversion (for example, leading zeros or ID values) and prevent accidental formula execution.

Important limitations

This is a plain data export, not a workbook formatting engine. Charts, data types, formulas and existing workbook styling cannot be inferred from CSV. The first 100,000 rows are supported for browser memory safety.
